Athens Democracy Forum

We are in the final stage of our preparation for the Athens Democracy Forum on the 29th of September 2026. It will take place at the Terrace of the City Hall of Athens with a Premiere of 'Octocorallia' by Alexander Maria Wagner (Libretto: Helene Brecht) with the Callias Ensemble under the musical direction of Jan Moritz Onken. On the 30th of September 2026 Anneleen Lenaerts will perform her composition "Metamorphosis Formae" at the Stoa des Attalos, which was commissioned by Callias Foundation, Volksbank Wien, Universal Edition & Bösendorfer for the European Silk Road - App.

We will rehearse in Athens on the 27/28/29 with Marietta Sarri, Mary Gougousi, Martha Sotiriou, Katerina Botoni, Skiadas Stylianos, Christos Delizonas, Giannis Stamatakis, Kostas Mavrogenis, Gianna Panagopoulou thanks to the kind support of the Athens Conservatoire, the Ministry of Culture in Vienna and the Embassies of Austria, Belgium and Germany in Athens.
